The staff were nice, convenient location close to malls and restaurants, free parking, spacious and clean villa, special thanks to Ms. Aiza and Ms. Naina for the upgrade and accommodation. Worth the money, spacious and clean rooms, well-equipped kitchen, well-maintained pool, kids' area for entertainment.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was ideal as it was near a small mall which we could reach by walking. It was also near to restaurants and grocery stores. The hotel facilities were exceptional. We took a 3 bedroom Villa which was two floors and well furnished. We were impressed that there was a TV in every room and WiFi was available too. Moreover, the staff at the reception were very helpful. We appreciated Naina's assistance as she went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The location of this resort is convenient, as there are restaurants, grocery stores, and a mall nearby. the villas are spacious, with complete amenities like a washing machine and good kitchen facilities. the pool is clean and available 24 hours. Staff are accommodating, and play and spa facilities are available.
The housekeeping service can be improved as reported by one guest who did not receive cleaning service for three days.

Spent my New Year's Eve with family and friends, and had a wonderful time. The villas were very spacious, allowing everyone to move around freely, and we were delighted to find both grocery stores and restaurants situated close to the accommodation. The pool area was well-kept, and the lifeguard was helpful in ensuring the safety of my children.
Despite the numerous positives, the breakfast buffet was not up to my expectations, as there was limited variety in the food. the location was quite crowded, which made it hard to move around, especially during holidays.

The beds were comfortable and the towels were clean and fluffy. the location was great since it was close to many shopping areas and restaurants. the view from the balcony was amazing and the pool was big enough to swim in.
The food options at the resort were very limited and not very appetizing. the customer service was also lacking, as the staff did not seem very friendly or helpful.
